Two kick pads, an open field, and a promise to teach discipline properly. Here's how Synergy Taekwon-Do Club grew into a home for over 3,000 students.

Where it began

Our journey started outdoors, in the compound of a small local kindergarten — armed with just a few kick pads, an open space, and a passion to teach. That day, Synergy Taekwon-Do Club (STC) was born.

What started as a humble outdoor class has grown into a premier martial arts institution — training over 3,000 students worldwide from our flagship Synergy Training Center in Seri Kembangan.

What started as a humble outdoor class has grown into a premier martial arts institution. Today, operating out of our flagship Synergy Training Center in Seri Kembangan, STC has trained over 3,000 students worldwide under the expert leadership of Sabum Faisal Hj Mustaffa.

Every belt on that field in 2007 has a story. Some of those first students are now instructors themselves — proof that what we built was never just a club.

Every kick, block, and spar happens in a home built for exactly that. Our indoor training hall is fully matted, climate-controlled, and stocked with proper protective gear — headgear, gloves, shin guards — so students can push past their limits safely, rain or shine, every single session. It's not a borrowed hall or a rented function room. It's a space designed, floor to fan, around one thing: helping every student train at their best.
